Resection (single or multi root- channel) - this procedure consists of removal top part of the root along with chronic paradental
diseases (periapical). A local anaesthetic is performed. The biggest advantage of this treatment is the possibility of healing the tooth without removing it.
Tooth chiselling procedure - it is performed with local anaesthesia and when needed along with antibiotic. A mucous membrane is cut in such a way that opens an access to dental lamina - which is then removed, after that an injury is stitched. The treatment takes approximately 20 -60 minutes. The stitches are taken out after 7 days.
This treatment is performed when the teeth are affected by decay (dental caries),or the tooth is not able to position itself
in dental arch.
Raising the bottom of bone maxillary sinus - a complicated surgical procedure performed in cases where there is an insufficient bone thickness to support the prospective implant(s), therefore it must be supplemented by alternative superstructure (bone-like material).
Alveolar level restoration - this procedure requires reconstruction of the alveolar bone after extraction has been done.
The purpose is to recreate the previous shape of the tooth prior to further prosthetic treatments.
